Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• State bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters across employment, land use, education, cannabis, corporate & business, government-related, commercial, and other litigation.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide sound legal advice on complex matters and litigation risks.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners, associates and staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Share knowledge of developments in the law with colleagues.
