Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald, Irvine, CA, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support in-house litigators through all phases of complex litigation. The role emphasizes discovery management, drafting and filing pleadings, coordinating e-discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of complex litigation experience, strong knowledge of civil rules and e-filing, and proficiency with Relativity, Westlaw, PACER, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of complex litigation paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State civil rules and e-filing procedures.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and other litigation tools.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including Bluebook citation.
• Experience using Westlaw and PACER for legal research.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize documents for discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Monitor dockets and manage case files; issue deadlines.
• Prepare tenders to insurance carriers on various cases.
• Manage large document collections and e-discovery processes in Relativity.
• Coordinate with e-discovery vendors and electronic filing.
• Prepare subpoenas, deposition notices, and filings.
• Bluebook cite-checking and proofreading filings.
• Conduct factual research using Westlaw, PACER, and other tools.
• Assist with trial prep, exhibit organization, and attend trials as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with stakeholders.
