Job summary

Shook, Hardy and Bacon seeks an experienced paralegal to join its litigation team in Irvine. The candidate will support all phases of litigation, including large document productions, discovery, witness interviews, and drafting pleadings.

Strong preference for those with trial prep experience and willingness to travel. A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate is required, with 2+ years of experience, or 6+ years without a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years of litigation experience, or 6+ years with no degree/certificate.
• Experience in all phases of trial and trial prep including large document production, discovery, witness and expert interviews, drafting pleadings, and subpoenaing records.
• Large-scale multi-party litigation experience preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of litigation from discovery through trial prep.
