Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar in good standing.
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a proven track record.
Strong legal writing and analysis skills.
Experience in trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation.
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Present oral arguments in court hearings and cross-examine witnesses.
Develop case strategy with team members and clients.
Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide case updates.
Stay abreast of current legal developments and changes in law affecting cases.
