Job summary

Momentum Search Partners in Austin is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to serve as the lead paralegal on complex business disputes. The role requires deep expertise from case inception through post-trial, with heavy focus on trial preparation and coordinating discovery.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong procedural knowledge, and proficiency with e-discovery tools like Relativity. Travel to trial sites 3-4 times yearly is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience as lead paralegal
• Advanced knowledge of civil procedure, court rules and filing procedures
• Proficiency with e-discovery databases (Relativity)
• Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation files from inception through post-trial
• Prepare for and attend hearings
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including drafting requests/responses and privilege logs
• Oversee e-discovery processes, liaising with vendors and conducting document reviews
• Provide on-site and/or remote trial support including exhibits and witness logistics
• Coordinate with court personnel, experts, and witnesses for trial operations
