Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Draft initial pleadings for federal, state, and administrative forums.
• Prepare initial discovery documents for federal, state, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft discovery requests to plaintiff.
• Create detailed chronologies and timelines of key events.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients for discovery and trial tasks.
• Organize documents for production, Bates numbering, redactions, logs.
• Coordinate with e-discovery team and Relativity.
• Assist in witness interviews and prepare summaries.
• Prepare deposition documents and subpoenas; monitor responses.
• Support trial/arbitration prep and organize exhibits.
• Conduct cite-checking and Shepardizing as needed.
• Perform legal research using Lexis and PACER.
• Conduct background, litigation and social media searches.
