• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting real estate litigation and property-related disputes.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, document management, and court filings.
• Experience with legal research, drafting, case management, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support for matters involving real estate disputes, commercial property disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, property ownership disputes, and other real estate-related litigation matters.
• Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, production, and deposition preparation.
• Coordinate court filings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, calendars, and litigation documents.
