Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated civil litigation practice, handling matters from inception through trial.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of active matters while coordinating with attorneys, clients, and outside teams.

Qualifications

• At least three years of substantive civil litigation paralegal experience, including strong discovery and eDiscovery skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Strong technology, research, organization, and case-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.

• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other litigation documents; coordinate document collection, review, production, and eDiscovery.
• Review records and evidence, conduct legal and factual research, and prepare summaries, chronologies, exhibits, and case materials.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors, and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
