Job summary

Talent Acquisition LLC seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Delaware office to support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm litigation experience, strong knowledge of court procedures and electronic filing requirements, and the ability to independently manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience with CM/ECF and Delaware e-filing systems.
• Experience drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Strong knowledge of litigation docketing, procedures and deadlines.
• Knowledge of discovery and e-discovery processes (ESI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage and Relativity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from initiation through trial.
• Organize and maintain pleadings, discovery, court filings, and case materials.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery materials, and legal documents.
• Electronically file documents using CM/ECF and Delaware e-filing systems.
• Maintain case calendars, dockets, court deadlines, and matter dates.
• Assist with deposition preparation, exhibits, transcripts summaries, and logistics for depositions.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for trials, hearings, motions.
• Support e-discovery including identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI.
• Draft and distribute legal hold notices and coordinate ESI collection.
