Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process, from inception through trial and appeal.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation, strong drafting and research skills, and proficiency with Westlaw/ LexisNexis, CM/ECF, and MS Office. Collaboration, organization, and confidentiality are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, deadlines, and discovery.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial prep.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw/LexisNexis.
• Experience with electronic filing systems (CM/ECF and state portals).
• Familiarity with litigation support software and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution with organized files.
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses and related docs.
• Coordinate all phases of discovery including review, production, and logs.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis and public records.
• Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and witness files.
• Electronically file documents in state and federal courts per rules.
• Track deadlines, calendars, dockets; coordinate hearings and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, vendors.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy, organization, and trial prep across matters.
