Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well‑established downtown San Diego law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Torts and Employment practice groups. Five or more years of civil litigation experience and deep CA law expertise are required in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will manage pleadings, discovery, deposition materials, and trial preparation while ensuring meticulous case organization using Eclipse and other platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of California law and litigation procedures.
• Ability to draft and organize pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage written discovery and deposition materials.
• Coordinate expert witnesses and support case development through trial preparation.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Provide administrative support such as scanning, emailing, and file organization.
