Responsibilities

• Defend single-plaintiff employment claims in state and federal courts.
• Represent employers before CRD, EEOC, and California Labor Commission.
• Provide day-to-day employment law counsel to clients.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions and motions.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
