• Manage all phases of litigation support in toxic tort matters.
• Draft, organize, and respond to discovery.
• Prepare deposition summaries and medical record summaries.
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.
• Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of case documents.
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and legal professionals throughout the litigation process.
