Five or more years of civil litigation experience and deep CA law expertise are required in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will manage pleadings, discovery, deposition materials, and trial preparation while ensuring meticulous case organization using Eclipse and other platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of California law and litigation procedures.
• Ability to draft and organize pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage written discovery and deposition materials.

Litigation Paralegal Key Qualifications:

• Apply strong knowledge of California and federal civil procedure, including local rules, filing deadlines, and litigation requirements
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, discovery, declarations, and correspondence
• Prepare and manage written discovery, discovery outlines, deposition materials, subpoenas, and deposition scheduling
• Coordinate expert witnesses and support case development through document organization and trial preparation
• Maintain electronic and physical case files using Eclipse and other legal platforms, while providing administrative support such as scanning, emailing, and file organization.
