Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal managing civil subpoenas and other third-party requests at high volume.
• Experience filing pleadings and supporting arbitration and litigation in state and federal court.
• Ability to manage 50 concurrent matters across jurisdictions with zero-defect filings.
• Familiarity with legal tech platforms for case management, document review, and e-discovery.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely responses to subpoenas, levies, liens, garnishments, and other requests.
• Coordinate with opposing counsel and agencies to ensure accurate resolutions.
• Prepare and file pleadings and support litigation/arbitration in court.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support cross-functional legal operations projects as needed.
