Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support regulatory and consumer litigation teams. You will handle civil subpoenas, summons, garnishments, and other third‑party requests, coordinating with attorneys to ensure timely responses and accurate filings.

You will maintain matter records, track deadlines, and assist with pleadings while contributing to efficiency improvements across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience supporting litigation/arbitration matters and preparing case materials
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters and deadlines
• Experience communicating with attorneys, government agencies, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal tech platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate responses to subpoenas, summons, levies, and other third-party requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies
• Assist with preparing pleadings and other materials for litigation/arbitration
• Maintain accurate matter records and deadlines across jurisdictions
• Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day workflows and contribute to process improvements
• Support litigation projects including tool implementations, vendor evaluations, or policy rollouts
