Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal and hands-on experience with civil subpoenas, summons, garnishments, or other third-party requests.
• Experience supporting litigation and arbitration matters, including preparing case materials and filings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters and deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience communicating with attorneys, government agencies, opposing counsel, and external stakeholders in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate timely responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, and garnishments.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies regarding third-party requests, coordinating with attorneys to resolve questions.
• Assist with preparing and filing pleadings and other case materials for active litigation and arbitration matters.
• Maintain accurate matter records, track deadlines, and manage multiple jurisdictions.
• Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day litigation workflows and contribute to process improvements.
• Support broader litigation projects, including tool implementations or policy rollouts.
