Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience supporting litigation/arbitration matters, including pleadings/filings.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate responses to subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, garnishments, and other third-party requests.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies regarding third-party requests.
• Assist with preparing and filing pleadings and case materials for active litigation/arbitration.
• Maintain accurate matter records, deadlines, and manage multiple jurisdictions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to process improvements.
• Support broader litigation projects, including tool implementations or policy rollouts.
