Job summary

You will help prepare pleadings, file documents, manage deadlines, and coordinate with attorneys across jurisdictions while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with civil subpoenas, filings, discovery.
• Ability to manage high volumes and deadlines.
• Experience communicating with attorneys and agencies.
• Familiarity with legal tech platforms and AI ethics.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate timely responses to subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, and other civil requests.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies; coordinate with attorneys.
• Assist with preparing and filing pleadings and case materials for litigation/arbitration.
• Maintain matter records, track deadlines, manage multiple jurisdictions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to process improvements.
• Support broader litigation projects, including tool implementations or policy rollouts.
