Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm to recruit a Senior Litigation Paralegal for its Seattle office. This role focuses on high-impact litigation across consumer protection, product liability, and related areas, supporting sophisticated matters from investigation through trial.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in complex matters, manages large, detail-intensive projects, and leads discovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in Washington state.
• Experience supporting sophisticated or document-intensive civil litigation.
• Experience handling matters in federal and state courts.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, document review, or case-management projects.
• Strong legal writing and proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of court procedures and litigation terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day progression of complex cases, keeping deadlines on track.
• Create systems to organize case information, evidence, and attorney work product.
• Lead discovery projects: collecting, reviewing, organizing, producing large volumes of documents.
• Coordinate work across internal teams, outside counsel, experts, clients, and third parties.
• Research legal and factual issues and summarize findings for case development and motion practice.
• Review briefs and supporting materials for accuracy and citations.
• Prepare exhibits, chronologies, witness materials, deposition documents, and other resources.
• Support filing and service requirements in federal and state courts.
• Help teams prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot workflow, and suggest efficiency improvements.
