Career Developers Inc. is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with strong SEC/DOJ background to lead and support complex federal and state court filings, discovery, and investigations.

This role requires meticulous document management, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Relativity and other discovery platforms. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in the office, located in Boston, MA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of paralegal or comparable litigation experience.
• Federal and State Court procedural knowledge.
• Government investigations experience involving the SEC and/or DOJ.
• Complex litigation and electronic court filing experience.
• Discovery and document production experience.
• Strong research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the preparation, review, and filing of Federal and State Court pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court submissions.
• Coordinate complex electronic filings, including confidential submissions and large-volume filings.
• Support all phases of discovery, including document review and production, depositions, and redactions.
• Conduct searches and coding within Relativity databases and other discovery platforms.
• Prepare and finalize privilege and redaction logs.
• Assist attorneys before and during interviews, depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
• Manage multiple litigation deadlines and priorities across case teams.
• Maintain secure electronic case files and improve workflows.
