Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, for each case.
• Conduct litigation background checks and gather records as needed.
• Draft documents for attorney review: motions, orders, disclosures, and discovery responses.
• Assist with preparation for motions and trial exhibits, including Bates labeling and redaction.
• Coordinate witness prep, manage exhibits, and assist at trial.
• Perform online research and utilize electronic resources efficiently.
