Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of prior work experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Flexibility for overtime and hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Case management: organize documents, calendar, and delegate to juniors.
• Prepare for depositions and conduct witness interviews; summarize transcripts.
• Prepare state court filings (electronic and paper).
• Support trial prep; attend trials and manage materials.
• Lead document collection and supervise juniors and vendors.
• Coordinate with litigation support and outside vendors.
• Mentor junior paralegals and assist with training programs.
