Qualifications

• Six-plus years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules and e-filing.
• Experience with government investigations (SEC/DOJ).
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to navigate electronic databases.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Everchron, Westlaw, LexisNexis and PACER.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; quick software learner.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented and organizational abilities; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel and adapt hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with federal and state pleadings and filings.
• Support discovery, document review, production, depositions, and case management.
• Prepare for interviews, hearings, and trials; assist with client meetings.
• Review motions and briefs; manage citations, records, and exhibits.
• Coordinate large or confidential filings and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team to organize case files and workflows.
• Perform non-legal research using thousands of sources.
• Mentor junior paralegals and support across offices.
