The ideal candidate has 5+ years in law firm litigation, state and federal court experience, and proficiency with Relativity, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation tools; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent law firm litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting state and federal court litigation.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation management tools.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume practice.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and summarize case documents for litigation and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses.
• Analyze medical records and prepare detailed medical chronologies.
• Conduct fact investigation and case analysis.
• Compile matter evaluations and status reports for clients.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage deadlines, court filings, and litigation calendars.
• Assist with trial preparation and document management.
• Maintain accurate billing and time-entry records.
