Job summary

Unknown company in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its on-site team. The role focuses on supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, managing deadlines, and handling discovery and document production in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will assist with pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, coordinate case activities, and contribute to wage-and-hour litigation where applicable. A strong emphasis on organization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of active paralegal experience.
• Strong discovery and motion practice experience.
• Experience managing cases from complaint filing through mediation.
• Background in personal injury, mass tort, or family law litigation is welcome.
• Wage-and-hour litigation experience is a plus.

About the Opportunity

I’m partnering with an established litigation practice seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Houston team.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on paralegal who enjoys substantive litigation work, managing deadlines, and supporting attorneys through complex matters. You’ll contribute throughout the litigation lifecycle, from complaint filing through mediation, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from complaint filing through mediation.
• Manage discovery, including document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and other legal documents.
• Track case deadlines, maintain litigation files, and coordinate case activities.
• Support motion practice and manage multiple active matters.
• Assist with wage-and-hour litigation and related case data, where applicable.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $78,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
