You will manage cases from intake to trial, handle e-filings, coordinate document productions and discovery, and support pre-trial preparations while communicating with clients and court staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and California court procedures.
• Familiarity with ESI and eDiscovery.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available for overtime work; hybrid schedule flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Manage cases from intake through potential trial and resolution.
• Handle e-filings and manual filings in state and federal courts.
• Coordinate and manage document productions; discovery, including large volume eDiscovery.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Federal and California court rules.
• Prepare, format, and edit legal documents such as pleadings and discovery.
• Coordinate experts and expert discovery.
• Assist with cite-checking and legal research as needed.
• Pre-trial preparation (binders, exhibits, filings).
• Communicate with clients, experts and court personnel.
