Job summary

Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a Litigation Paralegal for the Dallas, TX office with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The role supports attorneys and trial teams with case management, document review, and discovery activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of litigation paralegal experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Case Notebook, Relativity, and Sanction. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong proofreading/editing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and database maintenance, including managing electronic data collections.
• Assist with discovery requests and productions, including Bates labeling and production logging.
• Draft and file court documents using eFile systems; knowledge of subpoenas helpful.
• Create tables of authority and contents; calendar important dates with Calendaring Department.
• Assist with witness preparation and deposition/trial exhibits.
