A well-established litigation firm is seeking a full-time paralegal with a minimum of six years of litigation experience. The role involves managing a high-volume litigation docket, drafting correspondence, shell discovery responses, and pleading shells, preparing hearing/trial notebooks, and calendaring discovery and court deadlines. Candidate must be familiar with TRCP discovery protocols and have experience filing in both state and federal courts. Some overtime will be required.
