Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compiling, preparing, and summarizing materials for attorneys in discovery.
• Indexing, tracking, and controlling case-related materials.
• Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and filing procedures.
• Reviewing documents for relevance and privilege per guidelines.
• Assist with court filings, including Bluebook citations and exhibits.
