Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least ten years of paralegal experience and prior trial involvement in New York. This role supports attorneys in discovery, trial prep, and complex document handling, including filings, exhibits, and deposition summaries.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Relativity and Everchron.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of paralegal experience and trial exposure.
• Proficiency with document review platforms and filing procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare, and summarize materials for attorneys in discovery.
• Index and track case materials and exhibits for depositions and trial.
• Assist with court filings, including Bluebook citations and exhibit assembly.
• Coordinate trial set-up and liaise with internal teams and vendors.
• Summarize depositions and other transcripts; support courtroom presentations.
• Work closely with attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation.
