Qualifications

• Five (5) years of paralegal experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and filing procedures.
• Ability to summarize depositions and prepare exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare, and summarize materials for attorneys in discovery.
• Index and track case materials and exhibits.
• Assist with court filings, including Bluebook citations and filing protocols.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege.
• Coordinate trial setup and liaise with vendors and clients.
• Summarize depositions and transcripts; support attorneys during trial.
