Job summary

Fisher Phillips, LLP in Denver seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in civil and employment matters. You will manage client documents, draft legal papers, and help prepare for hearings and trials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualified candidates have at least five years of litigation paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills; Relativity or Everlaw experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Labor and employment litigation experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Experience with eDiscovery software and document management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents and electronic data.
• Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks and obtain records as needed.
• Draft for attorney review: removal documents, certificates of interested parties, disclosures, motions, depositions, and related scheduling orders.
• Assist with motions for summary judgment, assemble exhibits, and create appendices.
• Prepare and production-ready documents with Bates labeling and redaction for privilege.
