Job summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced in-house government legal team. You will manage eDiscovery workflows, prepare complex legal documents, and assist attorneys with trial preparation and court filings.
Required paralegal certification or JD with at least two years of litigation experience; familiarity with Westlaw/Lexis and CM/ECF is essential.
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or JD, or current ABA‑accredited law student with at least one year completed.
- Minimum two years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience helpful.
- At least one year in automated litigation support; strong knowledge of federal/state court systems and legal research tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complex technical legal documents and ensure format compliance.
- Review documents and case materials for relevance and status.
- Support trial teams with notebooks, exhibits, jury instructions, and witness lists.
- Perform legal research with Westlaw/Lexis and verify citations.
