Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their in-house government legal team. This experienced candidate will support all aspects of litigation, including eDiscovery and workflow management.

The role requires preparing complex legal documents and assisting attorneys in trial preparations. Competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, JD, or current attendance at ABA-accredited law school with one year completed.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience required; trial experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complex legal documents and reviews incoming materials.
• Assists attorneys in trial preparation and organizes trial exhibits.
• Electronically files legal documents with the U.S. District Court.
