Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Fifteen years of full-time professional experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a litigation environment.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with discovery, case management, and eDiscovery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize attorney caseloads in litigation contexts.
- Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, depositions, and hearings.
- Prepare, edit, and cite-check complex legal documents.
- Utilize eDiscovery systems and Relativity for document productions.
- Assist with hearing/trial prep and provide reporting.
