Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Defense-side experience preferred.
• Strong billing and time-entry narrative skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Manage and organize high volumes of legal documentation.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct background reviews and case file analysis.
• Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
• Assist with case strategy by anticipating next steps in litigation.
• Accurately track and bill time, crafting clear narratives to support billable work.
