Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support complex matters from discovery through trial. You will work closely with attorneys on case management, eDiscovery, research, and trial preparation.

The role requires 5+ years of paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree with a paralegal program or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, Relativity, and IPRO. Occasional overtime and travel may be needed.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of paralegal experience, including complex litigation support
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have completed a paralegal program, or have equivalent knowledge & experience

• Complex commercial litigation experience across multiple offices or jurisdictions is preferredTrial Director and OnCue proficiency is highly desirable
• You can work overtime and travel occasionally as needed

Salary Range: $123,000 - $155,000 (annually based on experience)
