• Draft correspondence, legal summaries, reports, notices, and case-related documentation for attorney review.
• Track litigation matters, deadlines, compliance, and dispute workflows using legal management systems.

About the Role

The Litigation Paralegal will join the legal team of a leading single-family rental and residential real estate company and provide critical support to in-house counsel on litigation, compliance, property management, and dispute resolution matters. This role offers broad exposure to landlord-tenant disputes, vendor claims, administrative proceedings, discovery management, and legal operations across a nationwide real estate platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in-house attorneys with litigation, administrative proceedings, tenant disputes, vendor claims, liens, HOA matters, and property management-related legal issues.
• Coordinate discovery efforts, compile and organize documents, manage electronically stored information (ESI), and assist with responses to subpoenas, investigations, and legal requests.
• Draft correspondence, legal summaries, reports, notices, and case-related documentation for attorney review.
• Track litigation matters, legal deadlines, compliance requirements, claims, and dispute-related workflows through legal management systems and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of paralegal experience with a law firm, real estate company, property management organization, homebuilder, or corporate legal department.
• Experience supporting litigation matters, including discovery, document organization, legal research, case management, and attorney support.
