Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting complex commercial litigation.
• Knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures.
• Strong trial preparation and case management.
• Experience with litigation support, document management, and eDiscovery.
• MS Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from intake through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-judgment activity.
• Track court deadlines and maintain calendars for state and federal matters.
• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Handle e-filing and assist with discovery, document production, and privilege review.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, witness files, and litigation binders.
• Review and summarize records, transcripts, and discovery materials.
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, vendors, and court personnel.
• Provide direct administrative and executive support to attorneys.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and follow-up items.
• Assist with client intake, conflict checks, engagement documentation, and matter opening.
