Qualifications

• Ten or more years of paralegal experience with a focus on civil litigation.
• Heavy litigation experience in a law firm, including discovery.
• Experience preparing or assisting with pleadings, motions, declarations, notices, and other litigation documents.
• Ability to manage case calendars, court deadlines, filings, hearings and other critical dates.
• Experience with court e-filing and electronic service of documents.
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Support an established law practice in day-to-day active litigation matters.
• Independently manage calendars, deadlines, filings and hearings.
