• Ability to manage case calendars, court deadlines, filings, hearings and other critical dates.
• Experience with court e-filing and electronic service of documents.
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits and evidence.

An excellent opportunity for a full-time, on-site position is available in the Rohnert Park, CA area for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support an established law practice. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of substantial, hands‑on litigation experience and be comfortable independently managing the day-to-day demands of active litigation matters. The position offers $52 per hour, plus benefits, etc.

All candidates ** MUST** have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Minimum of ten years of paralegal experience, with a significant portion of that experience devoted to civil litigation
• ** Heavy litigation experience** in a law firm environment, including substantial discovery experience, is a MUST
• Experience preparing and/or assisting with pleadings, motions, declarations, notices, and other litigation documents
• Ability to manage case calendars, court deadlines, filings, hearings, and other critical litigation dates
• Experience with court e-filing and electronic service of legal documents
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits, evidence, pleadings, and discovery
• Experience working directly with an attorney in a small or mid-sized law firm environment is strongly PREFERRED
