• Minimum of ten years of paralegal experience, with a significant portion of that experience devoted to civil litigation
• Heavy litigation experience in a law firm environment, including substantial discovery experience
• Experience preparing and/or assisting with pleadings, motions, declarations, notices, and other litigation documents
• Ability to manage case calendars, court deadlines, filings, hearings, and other critical litigation dates
• Experience with court e-filing and electronic service of legal documents
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits, evidence, pleadings, and discovery
• Experience working directly with an attorney in a small or mid-sized law firm environment is strongly preferred

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of substantial, hands-on litigation experience and be comfortable independently managing the day-to-day demands of active litigation matters.
