Qualifications

• Experience providing litigation support across case life-cycle.
• Proficient in managing deadlines, dockets and case files.
• Strong research skills and knowledge of legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage document collection, preservation, review and production.
• Coordinate intake, tracking and production of discovery requests and documents.
• Prepare and assist with drafting discovery requests, responses and other litigation documents.
• Maintain discovery dockets and case databases.
• Calendar and track litigation deadlines and court dates.
• Assist with case preparation for hearings, depositions and trial.
