Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (10+ years preferred).
• Experience supporting labor & employment and/or commercial litigation matters.
• Strong trial preparation and trial attendance experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state court procedures.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support complex commercial and labor & employment litigation matters.
• Manage all phases of discovery and document production.
• Utilize Relativity, IPRO, PACER, Westlaw, and LexisNexis for research and case management.
• Prepare and manage deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials.
• Coordinate with attorneys, litigation support teams, vendors, and court personnel.
• Attend and provide hands-on support during trials and other proceedings.
• Handle federal, state, and appellate court matters.
