Salary Range: $95,000–$160,000

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with significant litigation experience and a background in intellectual property matters
This position is based in the Washington, DC area with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional in-office attendance as needed. Travel to trial locations may be required
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate preferred but not require
Minimum 7 years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience supporting IP litigation matters in District Court, Federal Circuit, and/or ITC proceeding
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, e-discovery, and document management processe
Working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure
