Corvia Consulting in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with 3–7 years of insurance defense experience to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, including trial preparation and billing support.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of insurance defense litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of California court rules and filing procedures.
• Experience with California state and federal courts and e-filing.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys.
• Prepare, revise, and finalize pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence.
• File documents in California state and federal courts, including e-filing.
• Maintain attorney calendars and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
• Coordinate service of process and manage deadlines per court rules.
• Organize electronic and physical case files.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
• Assist with trial preparation and assembling notebooks, exhibits, and witness materials.
• Enter attorney time and assist with billing as needed.
