LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This position is fully onsite and supports the Commercial Litigation team.

Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, e-filing with multiple courts, managing calendars, client intake, and trial preparation. Requirements include 4+ years in litigation support, experience with NetDocs/SurePoint, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of recent litigation legal assistant experience.
• Experience supporting commercial litigation teams preferred.
• Experience with NetDocs and SurePoint preferred; strong MS Office knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence including pleadings, motions, briefs, responses, and other documents.
• E-filing with NY, NJ, and Federal courts.
• Maintaining files and managing calendars.
• Conducting client intake interviews; scheduling meetings and depositions.
• Assisting with discovery and trial preparation.
• Entering attorney time; corresponding with clients.
• Providing general administrative support.
