Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in docketing and familiarity with CompuLaw or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court rules across jurisdictions.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret legal documents to identify and calendar critical dates.
• Create and update events in CompuLaw; calculate dates when needed.
• Maintain accurate docket data and generate reports for teams.
• Research changes to federal, state, and local court rules.
• Develop training materials and mentor docketing staff on updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and court personnel to resolve questions.
• Support the Docketing Manager with special projects and firm initiatives.
