Job summary

Arnold & Porter seeks two Senior Litigation Docket Clerks to join its New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco offices. This role handles docketing, e-filing, and administrative support under senior staff.

The anticipated base salary ranges from $64,720 to $81,000, with overtime eligibility and potential discretionary bonus. Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of litigation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Experience with docketing/calendaring systems (Milana, eDockets, CompuLaw, MA3000) preferred.
• Experience with electronic filing systems, including Federal CM/ECF (California a plus).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the docketing system by recording filings and deadlines.
• Provide e-filing support through PACER/CM/ECF and other filing systems.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date litigations dockets.
• Provide administrative support to senior attorneys and office staff.
• Prepare, proofread, and distribute department communications and reports.
• Create and maintain department-wide files and databases; assist with data entry.
• Process and track invoices for submission to Finance & Accounting.
